We had the most amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was excellent - friendly, helpful, and made us feel like old friends. The location couldn't have been better, right in the city center and close to the square. We loved that it was on a pedestrian street and near the market place. Transportation was easy, with free trams available with the Basel card. The breakfast was excellent, served in a calm and quiet room with great service. The hotel facilities were great, with comfortable beds and large bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers. Parking was convenient with valet service. our experience at this hotel was fantastic.

We recently stayed at this place in the heart of the historic city and were blown away by its great location on a pedestrian-only street. We were within a short walk from all the major tourist destinations and lots of restaurants were conveniently located close by. The staff here were very friendly and helpful, and our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We also enjoyed the amenities such as the free drinks in the minibar and the delicious breakfast.

Although we had some minor issues with the lack of staff to help with our bags, we still highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the city. The service here was impeccable, and we appreciated the various amenities provided for our comfort.

The hotel is superbly located right in the center of the old town district, making it incredibly convenient for exploring all the major tourist destinations. You can take a short walk to the Market Place and easily hop on the FREE trams to go anywhere you desire. there are plenty of great restaurants in the vicinity, offering a wide range of dining options. The rooms are spacious and recently renovated, providing a comfortable and modern stay. The staff is friendly and professional, ensuring excellent service throughout your visit.

The air conditioning can be a bit unreliable at times.

We were amazed by the hotel's attention to detail. The waitress in the restaurant remembered my husband's previous meal and suggested something different. The staff were pretty good too ensure our stay was comfortable. The location is perfect in the heart of the Old Town, surrounded by shops and restaurants. we would highly recommend this special hotel.
